I am excited to continue training with Garth Wotkyns and Committed Fitness. I began working with Garth last year and I wish I would have started sooner. I always thought that riding my bike was enough exercise by itself. Garth showed me how much better I can ride with some strength and endurance training. Besides being able to throw my bike around better, I have also been able to take some big falls and walk away with only some bruising. Thanks Garth!
