I got a call at 10pm last friday to go fill in a spot for Kenny Bartram at the Cycle City Promotions arenacross in Lafayette, LA. Kenny did the halftime FMX demo and then went on to race in the pro class. He said he blew threw a turn and ended up breaking a rib against a concrete wall. Luckily, it was only 3 hours away and I was able to make it there on Saturday. I was riding with local Guy Goudeu and Dennis ?. Dennis was there with Kenny and racing his mini bike. He was also jumping the ramp at 62 feet on it and it looked awesome. He stole the show from me and it looked awesome when he threw a huge nac nac on the little bike over such a big jump. The show was short and sweet and the crowd loved it. I will also be taking Kenny's spot this weekend in Monroe, LA, so come on out if you're any where close.
